Vampire Fruits Vampire Fruits

In Gypsy lore certain fruits can become vampires, especially pumpkins and watermelons.

When these fruits are left out for too long they start to go bad, begin to make noise and move on their own. Later traces of blood can be seen on the outside of their skins.

Vampiric melons are not life-threatening and can be easily dispatched by placing in a pot of boiling water and then scrubbing with a broom. Don't forget to pour the water out and burn the broom afterwards.
